Intaglio

Etching, drypoint, and mezzotint are becoming more central to my printmaking practice.  I am currently working on photo etchings for an upcoming show this April at the Main Street Gallery in Groton, NY.

I have only done a couple of mezzotints, with the help from my undergraduate professor Peter Jogo, who now teaches with us at The Ink Shop.  As a master printmaker, I am indebted to him for inspiring me to go into printmaking to begin with, and for teaching me the craft of mezzotint.
