Con-Daw-Haw II

Photographed from two directions, one south, one north, the Haudenosaunee site of Con-Daw-Haw, the village destroyed in the late 1700's by General Sullivan and his troops.  COn-Daw-Haw sits in view of Lake Seneca, beside a deep chasm with several spectacular waterfalls.  It is clear why the People of the Longhouse chose this site for their village.
